Granting and servicing a long-term bank loan to repay previously taken out loans and credits

The Stanisławów Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in granting and servicing a long-term bank loan to repayment of previously incurred loans and credits in the amount of PLN 2,650,000.00 4.2. Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the agreement to September 30, 2036 4.3. Loan utilisation date: from the date of conclusion of the agreement to December 31, 2026. 4.4. Repayment of principal according to the attached schedule 4.5. Monthly interest payment, on the last day of each month, based on a notification from the bank of the amount of accrued interest within 7 days before the payment date. The interest repayment start date is set at December 31, 2026. 4.6. Interest rate at the variable interest rate offered by the Bank as at August 31, 2026. Interest accrued at the WIBOR 1M market rate as of August 31, 2026. 4.7. Loan and interest repayment security: blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration. 4.8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: a) not use the full amount of the loan without additional fees or commissions, b) early repayment of all or part of the loan without additional fees or commissions and without interest for the period for which the early repayment is made, c) change the loan installment repayment dates. For the calculation of service costs, the loan disbursement date should be December 1, 2026. The Ordering Party has no arrears with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the Tax Office (US). 4.9. The Ordering Party does not use leasing or issue debt securities. 4.10. The Ordering Party has not provided any guarantees or sureties. 4.11. The Ordering Party is not a party to any public-private partnership. 4.12. Loan repayment is in PLN. 4.13. The Contractor will be obligated to disburse the loan no later than within 2 business days from the date of submission of the application by the Ordering Party in writing or by email. 4.14. The Contractor will not charge any commissions or fees for granting or disbursing the loan. 4.15. The Ordering Party does not allow the Contractor to charge any additional fees or bank commissions on the unused portion of the loan. 4.16. The Contractors margin is fixed for the duration of the contract. 4.17.
