The grace period for loan repayments is until June 29, 2027. Repayment of the principal will be made semi-annually. The due date for the first loan repayment is June 30, 2027. 5. The capital will be repaid in the years 2027-2039 in the following amounts: 1) in 2027 PLN 500,000.00, 2) in 2028 PLN 500,000.00, 3) in 2029 PLN 1,000,000.00, 4) in 2030 PLN 1,000,000.00 5) in 2031 PLN 1,000,000.00 6) in 2032 PLN 1,000,000.00, 7) in 2033 PLN 1,000,000.00 8) in 2034 PLN 1,000,000.00, 9) in 2035 PLN 1,000,000.00, 10) in 2036: PLN 1,000,000.00, 12) in 2037: PLN 1,000,000.00, 13) in 2038: PLN 1,000,000.00, 14) in 2039: PLN 1,000,000.00. 6. Loan installments each year are payable semi-annually in the amount of 50% of the annual amount on June 30 and December 30 of a given year. 7. Nysa County reserves the right to use an incomplete loan amount. The Contractor will not charge any additional fees, commissions or other costs for this. 8. The loan interest rate is calculated based on the base rate - WIBOR 3M quoted on the day preceding the next interest period, published in news services +/- contractor's margin (if there are no WIBOR 3M quotes on the last day preceding the interest period, the rate from the next day on which quotes were made is used).
