Other provisions concerning the subject of the order: Basic data on the loan 1/ long-term loan intended to finance the budget deficit planned for 2026, 2/ loan amount up to PLN 26,000,000.00 (in words: twenty-six million zlotys, 00/100), 3/ loan period: from the date of loan disbursement until December 15, 2037 (the repayment date of the last loan installment is planned for November 30, 2037, the repayment date of interest for the last settlement period is planned for December 15, 2037) 4/ the loan will be drawn in tranches from the date of signing the agreement until December 31, 2026, where: a) the first tranche on the expected date by December 8, 2026 - amount up to PLN 13,000,000.00 (in words: thirteen million zlotys, 00/100), b) second tranche on the expected date by December 28, 2026 - amount up to PLN 13,000,000.00 (in words: thirteen million zlotys, 00/100), 5/ the dates and amounts of the tranches indicated in point 4 are planned and maximum and may change depending on the actual demand of the Borrower (ordering party) for financial resources, resulting from the implementation of the budget of the Municipality of Nowy Targ, 6/ the amount of the loan tranches and the date of making the funds available to the Borrower (ordering party) will be determined by the Borrower submitting a demand for funds within 2 business days before the date of making the funds available to the Borrower, 7/ the amount of the loan used bears interest on an annual basis at a variable interest rate. The interest rate is equal to the reference rate increased by the bank's margin, 8/ the reference rate is WIBOR 1M, which is the interest rate for 1-month interbank deposits, calculated as the average from the last month preceding the month for which interest is accrued. Also, with respect to the first interest period, the WIBOR 1M from the month preceding the month for which interest is accrued is taken into account, 9/ a change in the interest rate during the loan period is permissible only in the case of a variable WIBOR 1M rate.
