Electronic submission of instructions is permitted to the email address specified in the agreement. 6. The loan will be made available to the Ordering Party immediately, no later than 3 business days following the date on which the instruction to disburse the loan is submitted. The loan will be made available to the Ordering Party by the Contractor transferring funds to the Ordering Partys account specified in the agreement. If the Contractors non-working day is a Saturday that is not a statutory non-working day, this day will not be included in the time allowed for the Contractor to make the loan available to the Ordering Party. The loan will be disbursed on a one-time basis based on a written instruction, with the final use by November 30, 2026. 7. The Ordering Party is obligated to repay the used loan by May 31, 2035. 8. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in Appendix 1 to the ToR. 9. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. with tender notice no. 702197-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
