The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements: a) meet all the characteristics specified in the terms of reference; b) be brand new and compliant with applicable standards. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 – Description of the Subject of the Contract (Technical Specifications), and detailed implementation conditions are provided in Appendix No. 4 to the Technical Specifications – Draft Agreement. 4. Whenever the Technical Specifications refer to a trademark, patent, origin, source, or specific process that characterizes products or services, the Contractor may use the one indicated in the Technical Specifications or equivalent products that meet the technical requirements and have performance characteristics consistent with the requirements specified in the Technical Specifications. 5. If the Contractor proposes an equivalent product, this information must be included in the offer (in the description of the subject of the contract attached to the offer form after the Contractor has completed column No. 3 – template in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications). with tender notice no. 683066-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
