The Ordering Party does not intend to submit variant offers. 4.3. The Ordering Party does not intend to award the contract in parts. In the Ordering Party’s opinion, the scope of the contract cannot be divided into lots. Dividing the contract into lots would lead to organizational and technical difficulties in the implementation of the subject of the contract. Failure to divide the contract into lots does not limit accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises. 4.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Specifications of Technical Conditions of Sale and in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Specifications of Technical Conditions of Sale. Ignacego Skorupki 21, 90-532 Łódź tel.: +48 (42) 638-48-88 e-mail: zamowienia@uml.lodz.pl 33.1 Pursuant to art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons to perform activities indicated by the Ordering Party within the scope of the contract performance, if the performance of such activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), i.e. the activities of an employee directly performing work related to the assembly and disassembly of GPS devices, the activities of an employee directly performing GPS and video telematics services, the activities of an employee directly performing technical support services for the proper functioning of devices and the operation of IT applications. 33.2 The Ordering Party has the right to request the Contractor to provide a photocopy of the current employment contract.A copy of the contract should include the employee's first and last name, date of conclusion of the contract, type of employment contract, full-time employment, and scope of the employee's responsibilities. 33.3 The type of activities related to the performance of the contract and the method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Ordering Party's rights to monitor the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and the sanctions for non-compliance are specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 1 to the ToR) and in the contract template (Appendix No. 7 to the ToR). 27. INFORMATION ABOUT ANTICIPATED CONTRACTS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214 SECTION 1 POINTS 7 AND 8 OF THE PPL ACT, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY ANTICIPATES AWARDING SUCH CONTRACTS The Ordering Party does not anticipate the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the PPL Act. with tender notice no. 672874-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
