Implementation of the project entitled: “Revitalization of Lisiniec Park in Częstochowa – Stage III – Construction of the Pacyfik recreation zone in Lisiniec Park”, consisting in the design and execution of works for the project carried out in the “design and build” system.

The Municipality of the City of Częstochowa in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: “Revitalization of Lisiniec Park in Częstochowa – Stage III – Construction of the Pacyfik recreation zone in Lisiniec Park”, consisting in the design and execution of works for the task carried out under the “design and build” system. 1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the comprehensive execution of the task, including: • obtaining current maps for design purposes and performing the necessary tests; • detailed field verification of the contract execution conditions; • performing inventory measurements (if necessary); • completing geological studies of the ground (if necessary); • obtaining all – required by law and separate provisions resulting from legal acts – technical conditions, opinions, permits, agreements and tests to the extent necessary to develop design documentation and to implement the investment based on the developed documentation; • preparing and obtaining all necessary formal and legal documents as well as relevant opinions and agreements enabling the preparation of design documentation, obtaining a building permit and carrying out construction works; • preparation of multi-discipline design documentation – construction design, including technical; • consultations with the Ordering Party at each stage of preparing the design documentation, regarding significant elements influencing the costs, function and architecture of the facility; • obtaining the Ordering Party’s approval regarding the functional and architectural solutions of the facility at each stage of preparing the documentation and before obtaining administrative decisions, including a building permit, which will be confirmed in writing by the Contract Engineer and the Ordering Party; • transfer of copyrights to the completed design studies; • other work necessary to perform the contract, including preparatory work for the preparation of the design documentation; • obtaining a building permit with a finality clause, or reporting construction works, depending on the scope of the documentation (phasing of work is permitted); • execution of construction works based on the prepared design documentation; • equipping the site with permanent elements, conducting the required tests and examinations; • handing over to the Ordering Party the facility ready for use, together with the completed design documentation and as-built documentation and all permits required by applicable law, including a final decision on the occupancy permit. 2. Scope of the investment: The aim of the planned investment is to revitalize the spatial and functional layout of part of the Lisiniec Park in Częstochowa while maintaining the main directions of the design activities: • demolition of the existing warehouse and office buildings (with a no longer operational catering function) and construction in their place of a modern facility providing catering, office and technical facilities for the part of the park covered by the development.At the same time, it is planned to construct an additional warehouse facility for storing water equipment; • giving a contemporary character by transforming the architectural form of the main avenue leading into the park to the Bałtyk Reservoir (Kordeckiego Street) along with modernizing the Bałtyk Reservoir quay and equipping it with new functions (permanent jetty for mooring water equipment, paddling pool for children in the southern part); • modernization of the parking lot and its access routes; • modernization of the existing traffic system – reconstruction of existing routes and changing the course of traffic flows on the main avenue; • reconstruction and expansion of the park lighting system to improve safety and increase accessibility of the park during the day. 3. The detailed scope of work for the entire contract is presented in the Functional-Utility Program (hereinafter: PFU), developed by Studio V13, Aleja Armii Krajowej 53/124, 42-215 Częstochowa, which constitutes an annex to the SWZ.
