Insurance of property and other interests of the Nowy Tomyśl Commune

The Nowy Tomyśl Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1.1. The subject of the contract is insurance of the property and other interests of the Municipality of Nowy Tomyśl. The subject of the contract is divided into the following three parts: 1.1.1. Part I: Property and third party liability insurance of the Municipality of Nowy Tomyśl. The scope of insurance includes: 1) all-risk property insurance, 2) all-risk electronic equipment insurance, 3) third party liability insurance. 1.1.2. Part II: Motor vehicle insurance of the Municipality of Nowy Tomyśl. The scope of insurance includes: 1) mandatory third party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners, 2) third party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners for damages arising in connection with the movement of vehicles in countries belonging to the Green Card System but not members of the European Union (so-called Green Card insurance – non-premium insurance), 3) vehicle insurance against damage and loss (auto casco), 4) personal accident insurance for the driver and passengers, 5) extended, paid assistance insurance, 6) mini assistance insurance (non-premium insurance, if the contractor has it). 1.1.3. Part III: Surplus civil liability insurance of the Municipality of Nowy Tomyśl. The scope of insurance includes civil liability insurance in excess of the basic civil liability insurance for property and business activities. 1.2. The contractor may submit a bid for all or selected lots of the contract. The ordering party does not limit the number of lots for which the contract may be awarded to the same contractor. 1.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the annexes to the ToR. 2. Detailed conditions regarding the public procurement procedure are specified in the Specification of Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as ToR). The ToR contains information on the subject matter of the contract, conditions for participation in the procedure, criteria for evaluation of offers, and all information necessary for the proper preparation and submission of offers by contractors, as well as the draft provisions of the contract. 3. The procedure specified in Article 139, section 1 of the Act will be applied in this procedure. The ordering party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. Pursuant to Article 139, section 2 of the Act, the Contractor is not obliged to submit, along with its bid, the declaration referred to in Art. 125, paragraph 1 of the Act. This declaration will only be requested from the Contractor whose bid received the highest score. 4.
