Insurance of vehicles of organizational units of the Lublin Voivodeship Self-Government

The Lublin Voivodeship - Lublin Center of Innovation and Technology in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for Lublin Voivodeship - Lublin Centre for Innovation and Technology acting as the Contracting Authority authorized to conduct this procedure on the basis of Resolution No. CCLV/5077/2026 of the Lublin Voivodeship Board of 16 June 2026 on the joint conduct of the procedure and entrusting the Lublin Centre for Innovation and Technology with the preparation and conduct of the public procurement procedure for the service "Insurance of property and other interests on behalf of and for the benefit of organizational units of the Lublin Voivodeship Self-Government" and amended by Resolution No. CCLV/5307/2026 of the Lublin Voivodeship Board of 14 July 2026 amending the resolution on the joint conduct of the procedure and entrusting the Lublin Centre for Innovation and Technology with the preparation and conduct of the public procurement procedure for the service "Insurance of property and other interests on behalf of and for the benefit of organizational units of the Lublin Voivodeship Self-Government" and on the basis of the concluded agreements on the joint conduct of the procurement procedure for the service “Insurance of vehicles of organizational units of the Lublin Voivodeship Self-Government”, on behalf of and on behalf of the Units of the Lublin Voivodeship specified in points 1) - 21) below: 1) Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Biała Podlaska; 2) Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Chełm; 3) Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Lublin; 4) Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Zamość; 5) Complex of Lublin Landscape Parks; 6) Provincial Office of Geodesy and Agricultural Land Management in Lublin; 7) The Lublin Village Museum in Lublin; 8) Local Government Teacher Training Centre; 9) The Vistula River Museum in Kazimierz Dolny; 10) The Castle Museum in Janowiec; 11) Centre for Theatre Practices "Gardzienice"; 12) Lublin Opera; 13) Hieronim Łopaciński Voivodeship Public Library in Lublin; 14) Zamoyski Museum in Kozłówka; 15) Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin; 16) Polar Research Museum in Puławy; 17) Voivodeship Labour Office in Lublin; 18) Regional Social Policy Centre in Lublin 19) Lublin Conference Centre; 20) Voivodeship Roads Authority in Lublin (together with Voivodeship Road Districts); 21) Lublin Centre of Innovation and Technology. 1. The subject of the order is motor insurance for the following Units of the Lublin Voivodeship (indicated above). 2. The scope of insurance includes: 1) Compulsory third party liability insurance of motor vehicle owners for damage caused by the movement of these vehicles (OCppm) and Third-party liability insurance for owners of motor vehicles in international traffic Green Card (ZK), 2) Personal accident insurance for the driver and passengers (NNW), 3) Auto casco insurance (AC) with the risk of theft (KR), 4) Assistance insurance (ASS). 3.A detailed description of the subject of the order and the detailed manner of performing the basic order and the order performed under the Option Right are set out in the following appendices: 1) Appendix No. 1 to the ToR – Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as the ToR), 2) Appendix No. 1a to the ToR – Principles for Reporting and Adjusting Damages, 3) Appendix No. 1b to the ToR – List of Vehicles, 4) Appendix No. 3 to the ToR – Material Contract Provisions (hereinafter referred to as the IPU). 4. In matters not regulated in the ToR, the General Insurance Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) of the Contractor will apply, which will constitute an appendix to the ToR. 5. In the event of a conflict between the regulations contained in the ToR and the GTC and the provisions of the ToR, the provisions of the ToR and the GTC shall apply. 6. Pursuant to art. 441 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the Option Right under the terms specified in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR – Material Contract Provisions. 7. As a result of this procedure, the Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts under the Option Rights for the duration of the contract, in the amount of up to 10% of the value of the basic contract.
