Investment activities in the construction of infrastructure of the Energy Cluster of the Odolanów, Przygodzice, Sulmierzyce Communes - supply and installation of renewable energy sources for public utility facilities

The GMINA PRZYGODZICE in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the task in the "design and build" formula, including in particular: 1) development of a separate technical design for each location covered by the contract, together with obtaining the required approvals and submitting a notification of construction works that do not require a building permit to the relevant architectural and construction administration authority, if such an obligation arises from legal provisions; 2) delivery of all equipment, materials and components necessary to construct photovoltaic installations and energy storage facilities; 3) execution of assembly works, commissioning of the installation and carrying out all required tests, measurements and acceptances; 4) performance of all activities necessary to report the micro-installation to the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO) and to ensure its connection and commissioning in accordance with applicable regulations; 5) providing user training in the proper operation, operation and basic maintenance of the completed installations; 6) provision of service services and fulfillment of obligations arising from the granted quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the period specified in the Agreement. 2. As part of the basic order for the subject matter of the Agreement, the Contractor will comprehensively perform: 1) 17 photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of not less than 379.2 kWp; 2) 16 electricity storage units with a total minimum usable capacity of 418 kWh. with tender notice no. 714501-2026 published on 15 Oct 2026.
