Project Supervised Entity A will be obligated to deliver install and commission the following in the Municipalities of Ryki Nowodw r and K oczew 1 891 photovoltaic installations constituting a source of electricity from renewable energy sources along with the infrastructure enabling the discharge of the produced energy 2 155 energy storage units coupled to RES energy generating units 3 479 heat pump installations coupled to existing PV installations The Supervised Entity is also responsible for designing the installation of photovoltaic installations energy storage units and heat pumps development of technical designs The design delivery installation and commissioning of photovoltaic installations energy storage units and heat pump installations hereinafter jointly referred to as the Installations by Supervised Entity A has been divided into three Tasks 1 Task No 1 Nowodw r Municipality 2 Task No 2 Ryki Municipality 3 Task No 3 K oczew Municipality A separate agreement with the selected Supervised Entity A will be concluded for each of the above-mentioned Tasks This is due to the need for individual settlement of funds by each Ordering Party Consequently an agreement for the performance of Investor Supervision will also be concluded with the Contractor for each of the above-mentioned Tasks This is due to the need for individual settlement of funds by each Ordering
