IR.ZP.271.29.2026 Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of ​​Grybów Commune in 2027

The Grybów Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties, the PSZOK point in Biała Niżna, and the collection and management of waste generated at public transport stops within the Grybów Commune, as well as so-called "illegal dumps" and other locations indicated by the Ordering Party in 2027. The estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and managed is 3,730 Mg. 2. The scope of the service includes the collection and management of: 1) Mixed unsorted municipal waste with code 20 03 01 collected in bags, bins and containers. 2) Segregated (collected in a selective manner) types of waste given below: Paper (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01), Glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07), Plastics (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02), Composite packaging (code 15 01 05), Metals (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40), Mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 06), Construction and demolition waste with codes 17 01 01, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 09 04, 20 03 99 and used tires with code 16 01 03, Bio-waste with code 20 02 01, Clothing with code 20 01 10, Textiles with code 20 01 11, 3) Bulky waste with code 20 03 07, 4) Used electrical and electronic equipment with codes 20 01 23, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 5) Hazardous waste generated in households (i.e. chemicals, used batteries and accumulators and others) with codes 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 34, 6) Expired medications with code 20 01 32, 7) Other biodegradable waste, collected in appropriately marked bags or containers. 8) The scope of the service also includes: a) collection of expired medications from pharmacies designated by the Ordering Party, b) collection of used batteries and accumulators (in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ) from facilities designated by the Ordering Party. c) equipping the entities referred to in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ with appropriate containers for expired medications. The provision of containers is made at the request of the entities referred to in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. d) equipping educational facilities with appropriate containers for used batteries, accumulators and medications (in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ) – if requested. 3. The Contractor is obligated to indicate in Appendix No. 5 to the draft waste management plan: 1) Municipal installations, 2) Other waste management installations. The order of installations indicated in Appendix No. 5 to the draft waste management plan should take into account the installation's distance from the central part of the commune, waste collection prices at the installation, and the mass of bio-waste constituting municipal waste transferred for storage at the installation. 4. Waste will be collected from approximately 6,316 residential properties and approximately 59 uninhabited properties within the Grybów commune - Appendix No. 8 to the draft waste management plan.The exact number and location of collection points from uninhabited properties will be provided after the declarations are collected in January 2027. 5. Estimated amount of municipal waste by type of waste: 1) Mixed municipal waste – 2,052 Mg, 2) Segregated waste (i.e. paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging, clothing) – 1,312 Mg, 3) Bio-waste (including green) – 5 Mg, 4) Waste from used electrical and electronic equipment – ​​30 Mg, 5) Bulky waste and used tires – 300 Mg, 6) Hazardous waste (medicines, chemicals, used batteries and accumulators) – 1 Mg, 7) Construction and demolition waste – 30 Mg. with tender notice no. 686374-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
