A detailed description of the Subject of the Contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Specifications of Technical Terms and Conditions. 3. Contract completion date: the event will take place on December 1, 2026 in the conference center (auditorium) of the Copernicus Science Centre – in Warsaw (purchase of space is not part of the contract). In the event of unknown circumstances occurring during the proceedings and on the day of concluding the Agreement, the Ordering Party also reserves the right to change the date of the event, however, information regarding the change of date will be provided no later than November 12, and in the event of concluding the Agreement after that date, within 1 business day of concluding the Agreement, but no later than 14 days before December 1, 2026. with tender notice no. 680420-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
