The GRYFIŃSKI CULTURAL CENTRE in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE FOR THE GRYFINO MUNICIPALITY. 2. The subject of the order is divided into five parts: Task 1 - Civil liability and property insurance. The subject of the order in this task is: 1) civil liability insurance in connection with owned property and tasks performed; 2) all-risk property insurance; 3) all-risk insurance for electronic equipment; 4) all-risk insurance for machinery and equipment. Task 2 - Accident insurance. The subject of the order in this task is: 1) accident insurance for members of the executive body of the auxiliary unit (village heads); 2) accident insurance for firefighters. Task 3 - Motor vehicle insurance. The subject of the order in this task is: 1) mandatory third party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners (OC), in accordance with the Act of 22 May 2003 on compulsory insurance, the Insurance Guarantee Fund and the Polish Motor Insurers Bureau; 2) third party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners in international traffic "Green Card" (ZK); 3) personal accident insurance for the driver and passengers (NNW); 4) motor vehicle insurance against loss, destruction or damage - auto-casco (AC); 5) road assistance insurance (ASS). Task 4 - Aero-casco insurance for drones. The subject of the order in this task is third party liability insurance for members of the Volunteer Fire Departments from the Gryfino Commune. Task 5 - Third party liability insurance for members of the Volunteer Fire Departments. The subject of the order in this task is third party liability insurance for members of the Volunteer Fire Departments from the Gryfino Commune. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order – the Ordering Party’s requirements – is set out in Appendix No. 8 to the ToR “Description of the subject of the order”, including appendices A.1, A.2, A.3, A.4, B, B.1, C, D, EF. The services must be performed in accordance with applicable regulations and under the conditions set out in the ToR, in particular in the draft contract provisions. 4. Protection of confidentiality of information. The Ordering Party hereby informs that Appendix No. 8 (Description of the subject of the order) and appendices B, B.1, E (lists of buildings and machinery) to the ToR contain confidential information, the disclosure of which could threaten the Ordering Party’s interests and security. Therefore, the Ordering Party, pursuant to art. 18 sec. 4 in conjunction with art. 96 sec. 1 and art. 133 sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Public Procurement Law will make the above-mentioned annexes available to those Contractors who directly submit an appropriate request for disclosure of confidential information contained in the above annexes – a template for the request for disclosure of confidential information is attached as Annex 9 to the SWZ. 5.A request for confidential information must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of Chapter IX of the Technical Specifications (INFORMATION ON ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION MEANS). The Ordering Party will provide these documents immediately upon receipt of a properly submitted request. The Contractor will attach a power of attorney or other document confirming the authorization to represent the Contractor to the request, unless the authorization to represent the Contractor is based on information from the National Court Register, the Central Registration and Information on Business, or another relevant register, and the Ordering Party can obtain this information from free and publicly available databases based on the data provided by the Contractor in the request. 6. Confidential documents/information (including subsequent changes and clarifications of the content of the Technical Specifications in the scope of Appendix No. 8 and Appendixes B, B.1 and E) will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor in the submitted application via the Platform. 7. Confidential documents/information will be made available only to entities conducting insurance activities in the light of the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2015 on Insurance and Reinsurance Activities. The Contractor undertakes to use confidential documents/information solely for the purpose of preparing the offer in this procedure. The Contractor is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all received documents and information obtained in connection with conducting this procedure in accordance with the principle set out in the Act on Insurance and Reinsurance Activities.
