The DISTRICT SANITARY AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STATION in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is: the delivery of laboratory equipment and auxiliary apparatus for water testing for the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Siedlce, ul. Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego 31, including installation, commissioning, and staff training. The delivery of the contract includes: transport to the direct user, transport insurance, loading, unloading, and moving costs to the user's designated room, installation of the device, its initial commissioning, and basic user training – introductory training in its operation and application training – in accordance with the terms of the contract. Installation location: first and second floors of the laboratory, no elevator. The contract is divided into five lots: Part 1 - Gas Chromatograph with a single quadrupole mass detector with a "Purge and Trap" attachment Part 2 - Ion Chromatograph for anion analysis Part 3 - Stationary Laser Turbidimeter with RFID, ISO version Part 4 - 3-station filtration set (pump, silicone hose, two vacuum flasks) Part 5 - Demineralizer producing Class I water The Ordering Party requires that the offered laboratory equipment covered by the subject of the order: be brand new, not exhibition equipment, free from any defects and damage, not previously used, and not subject to third-party rights; be manufactured no earlier than the date specified in the description of the subject of the order for individual parts and include the year of production, type, and serial number. The absence of a visible production date marking on the subject of the order will be treated as an attempt to deliver an older device that does not comply with this ToR; be marked with the CE mark. The Ordering Party requires that a CE certificate be submitted with the delivery. The Contractor may possess an equivalent document issued by an entity based in another European Economic Area member state.
