Note: For basic classes (class ad) the values of the classification quality indicators (Overall Accuracy; Recall; Precision) will be binding on the Contractor in accordance with the declaration submitted by the Contractor in the Bid Form. 1.2 Premium land cover classes (hereinafter referred to as "premium classes") – i.e. non-mandatory, additionally offered by the Contractor as part of the offer evaluation criteria (Chapter IX, points 2.2 and 2.3 of the Technical Specifications), for which the offer will receive additional points, are: e) Waters – (PZ: W, OM, OW, R2, R10), f) Other non-agricultural land – (PZ: I). Note: For premium classes (classes e and f), the minimum values of the classification quality indicators (Overall Accuracy; Recall; Precision) have not been specified, but their values will apply to the Contractor only if they are offered at a level at least equal to the basic classes, in accordance with the declaration for individual classes submitted by the Contractor in the Bid Form. Premium classes will be taken into account in the Agreement provided they meet the minimum classification quality indicators specified for the basic classes. 2. The scope of the contract includes processing geospatial data in raster and vector formats and generating results in the form of vector layers representing land cover classes, along with assigning a classification confidence level for each object. The generated data must be geometrically correct and topologically consistent. Land cover class identification is performed according to the classification used in the Agricultural Parcel Identification System (LPIS), encompassing the full range of required classes and their representation as spatial objects. The service's functionality includes spatial data visualization, presentation of identification results, analysis and editing, as well as export of result data in standard formats and integration with other services and spatial data sources.Data processing should enable the handling of large volumes using parallel processing mechanisms while maintaining the required performance. 3. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the data processing environment, software, and components necessary to implement the identification process, including artificial intelligence models and their mechanisms of operation. 4. As part of the contract, the ability to select input data sources, import them, and process them within the scope specified by the user should be ensured, both for entire data sets and their individual parts, taking into account the use of data supporting the identification process. Artificial intelligence models are planned to be used and their quality assessment metrics, in particular Overall Accuracy, Precision, and Recall, along with the ability to analyze and report them. 5. The Contracting Authority requires an appropriate level of availability, security, and reliability, particularly in the areas of user authentication and authorization, permission management, data encryption, and business continuity. 6. The Contractor is obligated to provide technical support, provide user and technical documentation, and conduct user training. 7. Under the Agreement, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with up to 50 man-hours of consultations within the scope of the Service provided, during the period referred to in § 3 sec. 1 of the Land Use and Environmental Protection Act. 8. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the operational and technical documentation described in point 6.4 of Appendix No. 1 to the Land Use and Environmental Protection Act and the educational materials/instructions necessary to use the Service, on the date of launching the Service referred to in § 3 sec. 2 of the Land Use and Environmental Protection Act. 9. The consultation service referred to in point 8 will be provided by the Contractor in Polish, including the interface (GUI, Graphical User Interface) to the Service, as well as the documentation referred to in point 8 - must be prepared by the Contractor in Polish. 10. The Contractor is obliged to present the results of the identification of land cover classes for the set subject to assessment, together with the resultant data and error matrices by saving them in a dedicated workspace, in accordance with the procedure described in chapter I.1.1 SWZ, to confirm compliance with the minimum classification quality indicators specified for the basic classes. 11. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be performed under the terms and conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract, including the annexes (hereinafter referred to as: ppu), constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.their import and processing within the scope specified by the user, both for entire data sets and their separate parts, taking into account the use of data supporting the identification process. It is planned to use artificial intelligence models and provide metrics for assessing their quality, in particular Overall Accuracy, Precision and Recall, along with the possibility of their analysis and reporting. 5. The Ordering Party requires ensuring an appropriate level of availability, security and reliability, in particular in the scope of user authentication and authorization, permission management, data encryption and business continuity. 6. The Contractor is obligated to provide technical support, deliver user and technical documentation, and conduct user training. 7. Under the Agreement, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with up to 50 man-hours of consultations within the scope of the Service provided, during the period referred to in § 3 sec. 1 of the Service Requirement. 8.
