The COPERNICUS MEDICAL ENTITY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the lease of immunohistochemical diagnostic equipment together with the supply of antibodies for the system for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. The subject of the order consists of three parts: 1) Part No. 1 - Lease of 1 immunohistochemical diagnostic equipment with a sealing device and supply of antibodies for the system, 2) Part No. 2 - Lease of 1 equipment for special histochemical staining with the supply of reagents for the device, 3) Part No. 3 - Lease of 2 immunohistochemical diagnostic equipment with a sealing device and supply of antibodies for the system. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order, the list of equipment, quantities, and the method of order fulfillment are included in the annexes to the Technical Specifications, namely: 1) Appendix No. 1A to the Technical Specifications – Pricing Form, 2) Appendix No. 1B to the Technical Specifications – Description of the Subject of the Order, 3) Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications – Draft agreement for a one-off delivery. The Contractor shall enclose Appendices 1A and 1B to the Technical Specifications (SWZ) with the offer. By completing the indicated items in Appendix 1B to the SWZ-OPZ, the Contractor confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 3. The offered subject matter of the contract must be complete, of a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, and free from material, construction, and legal defects. 4. The offered subject matter of the contract must be approved for sale and use in accordance with applicable law. 5. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, which indicate trademarks, parameters, sources, or a specific process that characterizes products supplied by a specific contractor of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with Art. 99, sec. 5, and when the subject matter of the contract is described by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, reference systems, in accordance with Art. 101, sec. 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. In such a case, the Contractor is obligated to prove in the offer, in particular using the relevant means of evidence, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract to an equivalent degree. 6. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only to Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Act. 7. The Ordering Party does not impose the requirements referred to in Article 96 paragraph 2 item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. with tender notice no. 672520-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
