Any change to the principal repayment schedule requires prior notification to the Contractor. The Contractor will not charge any additional fees or commissions for the above activities. 14) Any changes to the agreement will be made in the form of an annex accepted by both parties.15) The Ordering Party will not incur any additional costs related to early repayment of all or part of the loan. 16) Apart from the interest rate on the loan, the Contractor will not charge any additional fees or commissions for the awarded contract. 17) The loan, together with interest arising from the loan interest rate, will be secured by a blank promissory note issued by the Ordering Party along with a promissory note declaration during the loan repayment period. 18) During the loan repayment period, the WIBOR 1M rate will be determined for each accounting period according to the quotations two calendar days preceding the start of the given accounting period. In the absence of quotations for the WIBOR 1M rate two calendar days preceding the start of the given accounting period, the quotations from the last day preceding the start of the accounting period during which the WIBOR 1M rate was quoted will be used to calculate the interest rate. 19) In the event of permanent discontinuation of publication, liquidation, or loss of representativeness of the WIBOR 1M reference rate, this rate will be replaced by operation of law with a so-called substitute designated in generally applicable regulations. The change in the reference rate will occur without additional costs for the Ordering Party, while maintaining the Contractor's fixed margin specified in the offer and other terms of the contract. 20) The disbursement of the loan will release the Ordering Party's own funds committed to repaying liabilities under the loans and the issuance of bonds covered by the subject of the contract.
