Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the buildings of OR KRUS Lublin and subordinate PT

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the buildings of the KRUS Regional Branch in Lublin and its subordinate Field Offices, divided into 4 lots. 2. The Ordering Party has divided the contract into the following lots and allows the submission of partial offers for one or more lots: Part I – a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in the Regional Branch of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund in Lublin and 11 subordinate Field Offices, i.e. in PTs in Kraśnik, Lubartów, Łęczna, Opole Lubelskie, Piaski, Puławy, Ryki, Janów Lubelski, Bełżyce, Kock and Bychawa; Part II – a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in KRUS Field Offices in Biłgoraj, Zamość, Hrubieszów and Tomaszów Lubelski; Part III – a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness in KRUS Field Offices in Chełm, Krasnystaw and Włodawa; Part IV – service consisting in maintaining cleanliness at KRUS Local Offices in Radzyń Podlaski, Biała Podlaska, Parczew, and Łuków. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Chapter II – Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions (separate for each part of the contract). 4. The Contractor's responsibilities include in particular: 1) performing the service in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions, including supplying the facilities with cleaning, hygiene, and fragrance products, 2) performing the contract using its own resources and tools, 3) performing the entrusted work timely and reliably. 5. Requirements regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of the persons referred to in art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, who perform activities indicated by the Ordering Party within the scope of contract performance, are specified in the draft contract provisions – Chapter II of the Technical Specifications. with tender notice no. 672531-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
