Weeding and watering flowers in flowerbeds and pots within the Stronie Śląskie commune. 1.3. Removing excess snow from streets, sidewalks and parking lots, in particular from the garage area on Nadbrzeżna Street and the area of ​​the single-family housing estate: Jaworowa Street, Kopernika Street, Świerkowa Street. 1.4. During winter, snow will be cleared over its entire width, surface and length. 1.5. Nadbrzeżna, Hutnicza, Mickiewicza, Sudecka, and Kościuszki Streets (from the intersection with Turystyczna Street through the roundabout to the city limits) will be maintained as black ice – snow must not be allowed to accumulate on the road. 1.6. In case of heavy snowfall, snow must be removed on an ongoing basis. A 15 cm layer of snow is permissible. After the snowfall has subsided, loose snow is permissible for 3 hours, and slush for 3 hours. A thin layer of compacted snow that does not impede traffic is permissible. Ruts are not permitted on maintained roads. 1.7. The Contractor is obligated to remove black ice, frost, and rime within 2 hours of the occurrence: and slippery conditions caused by snow and ice within 2 hours of the occurrence. 1.8. Snow removal from the access road and access to buildings No. 26, 28, and 38A on Kościuszki Street. 1.9. Cleaning of roads, streets, sidewalks and parking lots after the end of the winter season using materials used in the provision of the service. 1.10. Cleanup of waste resulting from traffic accidents and as a result of atmospheric phenomena and other random events. 1.11. Maintaining the cleanliness of the bus shelters specified below. 1.12. Maintaining the cleanliness and unobstructed condition of drainpipe ditches and culverts under the municipal roads listed below, in particular Górna Street along its entire length from the intersection with Kościuszki Street to the end of the bituminous surface and to the road along Dolna Street, as well as the drainpipe ditch by road no. gr 79 dr – located from Kościelna Street to the school grove and from Kościelna Street to the intersection with Turystyczna Street, the concrete channel along Sportowa Street and Ogrodowa Street. Cleaning ditches and culverts of garbage, growing grass and other waste ensuring the cleanliness of these facilities and the unobstructed flow of stormwater. 1.13. Maintaining the cleanliness of playgrounds on Świerkowa Street, 2 Żeromskiego Streets, Nadbrzeżna Street, and Dolna Street. 1.14.
