The The city of Pruszków in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness and order as well as maintaining greenery within specified public areas in Pruszków. The scope of works includes primarily: for zones 1-6 1. Cleaning of specified areas by collecting dirt, 2. Daily emptying of street and park bins, 3. Sweeping and in winter removing snow and eliminating slipperiness from pavements, paved pedestrian routes, park alleys, bicycle paths, designated parking bays and bus stops, bus stops, pedestrian crossings, 4. Washing of bins, benches, bus stop shelters, equipment around playgrounds and outdoor gyms and other small-scale architecture elements located within parks, squares and green areas, 5. Curbside cleaning of street sections on specified sections, 6. Carrying out care, maintenance and cleaning works within specified urban green areas, mowing, raking and removal of grass, 7. Care of perennial plantings in specified areas, i.e. fertilizing, applying plant protection products, weeding and removing leaves from shrub plantings, making formative and sanitary prunings of shrubs, 8. Securing the designated shrub plantings for the winter period by mounding them and erecting salt fences in specified areas for the entire winter season, 9. Planting seasonal flowers and caring for them (including watering) in the designated ground beds and pots, 10. Daily cleaning and sweeping of playgrounds, washing of play equipment, making daily entries in the playground inspection book, replacing sand in sandboxes, 11. Maintaining order, maintaining greenery and making festive decorations within the areas of National Memorial Sites. additionally for region 1: 1. daily cleaning of the toilet by the playground within the Pruszkowiacy Municipal Water Park, 2. in the period from 15.06 to 03.09, on Saturdays and Sundays, cleaning of the Potulickich Park area twice a day, including emptying of garbage cans twice. additionally for region 3: 1. daily cleaning of the toilet by the playground within Kosciuszki Park, 2. in the period from 15.05 to 15.09, cleaning of Kosciuszki Park area twice a day, including emptying of garbage cans twice. additionally for region 6: from 15.06 to 03.09, daily cleaning of the Mazowsze Park area twice a day, including emptying of garbage cans twice to ensure order during the operation of the swimming area. additionally for regions 2, 4, 5, 6: Periodic maintenance of cleanliness and order and greenery maintenance consisting of cleaning and mowing of green belts on specified city streets. During the term of the contract, the following will be performed: 1. Two spring rakings of leaves, including the removal of waste and small branches from green areas – on a date agreed with the ordering party; 2.6-fold mowing of green areas, including raking and removal of the spoil after mowing, removal of tree suckers growing in green belts, removal of waste and small branches from green areas – on dates agreed with the ordering party; 3. 2-fold autumn raking of leaves, including removal of waste and small branches from green areas – on dates agreed with the ordering party; 1.4/ A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in: - draft provisions of the contract (contract template) – Appendix No. 4 to the Technical Specifications. - annexes to the contract – specifying the detailed scope of work for a particular part/area. with tender notice no. 694706-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
