Maintaining the cleanliness of railway rolling stock

The Koleje Wielkopolskie sp. z o.o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for railway vehicles used by the Ordering Party, including diesel multiple units of the SA105, SA108, SA132, SA134, SA139, and SA136ATR series, and electric multiple units of the 48WEb, 48WE, 48WEd, EN76, EN57AKW, and EN57AL series, as well as bimodal multiple units of the 36WEh series, including superficial and extended superficial cleaning. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix 4 to the Technical Specifications (Model Agreement). 2. Detailed requirements for the provision of the service are included in Appendix 1 to the Model Agreement. 3. The subject of the contract will be performed on each calendar day of the contract term, based on the Cleaning Schedule – Appendix 7 to the contract. The Contractor is obligated to perform services constituting auxiliary activities also based on information received from the Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right referred to in art. 441 of the PZP Act during the performance of the contract in the scope of: 1) Quantity Option, 2) Schedule Option, 3) Additional Services Option. The option right is an entitlement of the Ordering Party, which it may, but does not have to, exercise during the performance of the contract. If the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right, the contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. Essential provisions of the contract concerning the conditions for triggering the option right are specified in the Template Contract, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the ToR. 5. The award of the contract may be applied for by contractors who: 1) are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in art. 108 sec. 1 of the PZP Act, provided that in the Procedure, the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the case referred to in art. 108 sec. 1 item 1 letter h of the PZP Act, and in the case referred to in art. 108 sec. 1 point 2 of the PZP Act, if the person referred to in that provision has been convicted of the offence listed in Art. 108 sec. 1 point 1 letter h of the PZP Act; moreover, they are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in: - Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russias actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU L 229 of 2014, No. 229, p. 1, as amended; hereinafter "Regulation 833/2014"), - Art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 514, as amended; hereinafter referred to as the "Sanctions Act"), 2) meet the conditions for participation in the Proceedings specified by the Ordering Party. with tender notice no. 695128-2026 published on 08 Oct 2026.
