Maintenance and development of license plate reading devices for the Automatic Vehicle Registration Number Recognition System for tax administration chambers

The Tax Administration Chamber in Rzeszów in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the Service of Maintenance and development of license plate reading devices for the purposes of the Automatic Vehicle Registration Number Recognition System (hereinafter referred to as the System) for the benefit of the tax administration chambers of the System in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement. 2. The list of locations where the System is located is included in point 3.3 of the OPZ. 3. The subject of the order consists of a guaranteed order and an option right on terms specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the Order and Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the agreement: 3.1. The guaranteed order will consist of the performance of the Maintenance Service together with the replacement of the Devices indicated in Appendix No. 1/A to the SWZ. 3.2. The order under the option right will consist of: 3.2.1. Option 1: adaptation of the OCR checkpoint in Barwinek to the new traffic organization resulting from the construction of the S19 road; 3.2.2. Option 2: implementation of the Maintenance service described in the scope of the guaranteed order in relation to changes resulting from the exercise of the option right 1; 3.2.3. Option 3: providing new functionality of the System in the scope of recognition of vehicle license plate countries in accordance with the requirements contained in chapter 5 of the OPZ; 3.2.4. Option 4: providing the System maintenance service for a period of the next 12 months in accordance with the requirements contained in the OPZ and also changes resulting from the exercise of the rights of options 1-3; 3.2.5. Option 5: providing the System maintenance service for a period of the next 12 months in accordance with the requirements contained in the OPZ and also changes resulting from the exercise of the rights of options 1-3; 3.2.6. Option 6: providing the System maintenance service for a period of the next 9 months in accordance with the requirements contained in the OPZ and also changes resulting from the exercise of the rights of options 1-3. with tender notice no. 673897-2026 published on 30 Sep 2026.
