Part 1 - maintenance and conservation of urban and park green areas in the city of Gołdap – region I The subject of the contract for part 1 is: a) maintenance and conservation of park areas, consisting in particular of: - maintenance of park alleys, pavements, stairs, squares with an area of 5,704 m2 and the promenade around the fountain, bridge, square with a clock – 2,080 m2, - emptying 32 bins and caring for small-scale architecture elements, - mowing and maintenance of lawns with an area of 8,388 m2, - care of hedges and trees with an area of 75 m2, b) maintenance and conservation of urban green areas, which includes, among others: - emptying 5 bins, - mowing and maintenance of lawns with an area of 18,537 m2, - maintenance of the pumprtak track – 2,400 m2, - care of hedges with an area of 156 m2; A detailed description of the method of performing the subject of the contract is described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, and the list of green and park areas to be maintained is set out in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Part 2 - maintenance and conservation of urban greenery and park areas in the city of Gołdap – region II The subject of the contract for part 2 is: a) maintenance and conservation of park areas, consisting in particular of: - maintenance of park alleys, pavements, stairs, squares with an area of 3,300 m2 - emptying 16 bins and caring for small-scale architecture elements, - mowing and maintaining lawns with an area of 14,841 m2, - care of hedges and trees with an area of 95 m2; b) maintenance and maintenance of urban greenery areas, which includes, among others: - emptying 5 bins, - mowing and maintaining lawns with an area of 10,095 m2, - care of hedges with an area of 187 m2; A detailed description of the method of performing the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, and the list of green and park areas to be maintained is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. with tender notice no. 687874-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
