Maintenance and repair of playground equipment, sports and recreation facilities, and playground equipment located in urban green areas in Łódź

The City of Łódź – Łódź City Hall in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for (Numbering consistent with the Technical Specifications) 4.1. The subject of this procedure is the maintenance and repair of playground equipment, sports and recreation equipment, and playground equipment located in urban green areas in Łódź. A list of playground equipment, sports and recreation equipment, and playground equipment requiring maintenance and repair, along with an indication of the work to be performed within the basic scope, constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications, and within the scope of the option right, constitutes Appendix No. 1a to the Technical Specifications. 4.3. The Ordering Party does not intend to award the contract in parts. The subject of the contract is the maintenance and repair of playground equipment, sports and recreation equipment, and playground equipment; therefore, the optimal solution would be for a single entity to perform the task. One Contractor can complete the entire contract, having the appropriate technical potential and human resources. The lack of division of the contract into lots does not limit accessibility for small and medium-sized enterprises. 4.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications and in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Technical Specifications. Ignacego Skorupki 21 street, 90-532 Łódź tel.: +48 (42) 638-48-88 e-mail: zamowienia@uml.lodz.pl 33.1 Pursuant to art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities indicated by the Contracting Authority within the scope of the contract, if the performance of such activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277), i.e. persons performing activities involving the maintenance and repair of playground equipment, sports and recreational facilities, and playground equipment. 33.2 The Ordering Party has the right to request that the Contractor provide a copy of the current employment contract. The copy should include the employees first and last name, the date of conclusion of the contract, the type of employment contract, the full-time position, and the employees scope of responsibilities. 33.3 The type of activities related to the execution of the order and the method of verifying the employment of these persons, as well as the Ordering Partys rights to verify the Contractors compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons, and the sanctions for non-compliance, are specified in the description of the subject matter of the order (Appendix No. 1 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference) and in the contract template (Appendix No. 7 to the Specifications of Terms of Reference). 27. INFORMATION ON ANTICIPATED PROCUREMENTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214 SECTION 1 POINTS 7 AND 8 OF THE PPL ACT,IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY ANTICIPATES THE AWARD OF SUCH CONTRACTS The Contracting Authority does not anticipate the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 214 section 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act. with tender notice no. 715532-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
