MAINTENANCE TREATMENTS, CUTTING TREES AND SHRUBS, MILLING, REMOVAL OF SCRAP AND FALLEN LAND IN THE AREAS ADMINISTERED BY 15 WOGs

The 15th Military Economic Unit in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for A detailed description of the contract, related to the performance of tree and shrub maintenance, removal of fallen trees and shrubs, and stump grinding in areas administered by the 15th Military Economic Unit, can be found:  for Part 1, entitled "Tree and shrub maintenance, removal of fallen trees and shrubs, tree and shrub felling, grinding, stump removal, tree crown tying, fire tank cleaning, and other associated work in areas administered by the 15th Military Economic Unit in Szczecin," in Appendix 3, which includes a description of the subject of the contract, a price form specifying the location, species, and number of trees and shrubs covered by the service, and a contract template. The subject of the contract should be performed based on the above attachments. "Response Time for Removal of Debris and Tipped Trees" - The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor, within no more than 6 hours of the Ordering Partys telephone notification, commence work related to the removal of debris and fallen trees resulting from random events (e.g., windstorms, natural disasters, etc.), if these pose a threat to persons and property and impede the operation of military complexes. The Contractor is obligated to perform the service at each request of the Ordering Party on business days and on non-business days.  For Part 2, "Tree and Shrub Felling and Stump Grinding Based on Administrative Decisions in Areas Administered by the 15th Military District in Szczecin," Appendix No. 4 contains: a description of the subject of the contract, a price form specifying the location, quantity, and species of trees and shrubs covered by the service, a contract template, and administrative decisions.
