The vehicles should meet the technical standards specified in specific regulations, taking into account protection against the escape of waste and the emission of odors. In the case of submitting offers for more than one lot, the Contractor is obliged to have at least 1 vehicle with self-dumping bodies with a minimum load capacity of 20 Mg for each part of the order. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes: - Offer form - Appendix No. 1 to the Specifications of Technical Specifications, - Draft contract - Appendix No. 8.8a, 8b, 8c to the Specifications of Technical Specifications, - Detailed description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 3 to the Specifications of Technical Specifications; 3) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting offers for the following parts of the order: Part I: Management of biodegradable waste (biowaste) (20 02 01) from residential properties within the area of the City and Commune of Szamotuły, by loading it, transporting it from the reloading station to the management site in accordance with the applicable Waste Act, and its management. Part II: Management of bulky waste (20 03 07) from residential properties within the City and Commune of Szamotuły, by loading it, transporting it from the transfer station to the management site in accordance with the applicable Waste Act, and its management. Part III: Management of plastic packaging (15 01 02) and metal packaging (15 01 04) from residential properties within the City and Commune of Szamotuły, by loading it, transporting it from the transfer station to the management site in accordance with the applicable Waste Act, and its management.
