Specifying a specific order completion date will ensure continuity of deliveries. 5. Pursuant to art. 455 sec. 1 item 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of extending the contract completion period by up to 2 months after the deadline specified in the contract if the funds under the concluded contract are not exhausted within the deadline specified in sec. 1 and an agreement resulting from the subsequent procedure is not signed. An annex to the contract will be concluded to implement the above change. 6. Deliveries of goods will take place 5 times a week, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. In justified cases, the Ordering Party may also require delivery of goods on Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. In exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be changed due to changes in the students schedule. 7. Place of execution of the contract: food warehouse of the Food Section of the Police School in Piła, Plac Staszica 3, 64-920 Piła. with tender notice no. 700980-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
