Modernization of street lighting in the Goleniów commune

The Goleniów Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of street lighting in the Goleniów commune, owned by the Goleniów commune, including in particular the replacement of inefficient lighting fixtures with LED luminaires, replacement of some booms and raising them above the LV line, adaptation of the luminaires to meet DarkSky requirements, and commissioning of the control system. 2. Scope of the order: 1) Delivery of 645 street lighting fixtures (luminaire types and quantities, unit power and total power are specified in chapter 4, point 4.3. subpoint 1 of the Technical Specifications). 2) Installation of 645 luminaires (10 on the overhead line and 635 on the cable line) in accordance with the Ordering Partys documentation. 3) Dismantling of set 10 street lighting luminaires mounted on overhead line booms. 4) Dismantling of set 10 street lighting luminaires mounted on cable lighting line booms or poles. 635. 5) Replacement of 37 booms and their elevation on the overhead line above the low-voltage line. 6) Conducting the required tests, examinations, and inspections – measurement point 645. 7) Replacing current terminals, fuses, and protection devices. 8) Replacing cable wires from the protection device to the luminaire. 9) Replacing fuse boards on the cable line poles. 10) Programming the luminaires and commissioning the control system – 645. 11) Coordinating with the ordering party the obtaining of all consents necessary to complete the contract. 12) Preparation of as-built documentation. 13) Disposal of dismantled equipment. 14) Training in the operation of the control system. 15) If the luminaire is obscured by tree branches, greenery maintenance should be carried out, exposing the lighting point to ensure optimal light distribution. Before starting to clear the branches, the scope of work should be agreed with the ordering party. 3.
