The method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Ordering Party’s rights to control the Contractor’s compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons, as well as sanctions for failure to meet these requirements, are included in the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Specifications of Technical Specifications; 4. Subject of the Order – Modernization of the 110/15 kV Siemiatycze power substation within the area of ​​operations of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. The Białystok Branch, in accordance with the available design documentation, is part of the project entitled "Development of a smart power grid within the Białystok Branch of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. – II” co-financed by the European Fund for Eastern Poland 20212027 (FEPW.02 Energy and Climate Priority, FEPW.02.01 Energy Distribution Measure) under the funding agreement no. FEPW.02.01IP.030003/2400; 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the public procurement procedure if the public funds which it intended to allocate to finance all/part of the procurement are not awarded to it.
