Modernization of the building located at 1 Norberta Barlickiego Street in Bielsko-Biała, including connection to the municipal heating network – stage III

The City of Bielsko-Biała - Housing Management Department in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for § 1. Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of: 1) finishing works of residential premises, 2) finishing works of common parts (renovation of door joinery, stairwell, corridors of residential premises and the attic), 3) a complete stairwell smoke extraction system, and 4) effective completion of the construction completion procedure before the building supervision authority, i.e. notifying the building supervision authority of the completion of works or obtaining a decision on an occupancy permit, 5) delivery and installation of electric cookers, kitchen furniture sets, and washbasin cabinets in individual residential premises. 2. Detailed descriptions of the works and the characteristics of the building are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the DSC), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Specification. § 2. Material scope of the subject of the contract. 1. The material scope of the subject of the contract is specified in 1) DSC, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Specification; 2) design and technical documentation including: a) Construction and detailed design entitled “Renovation of the building with the reconstruction of chimneys and sanitary rooms and the dismantling of the gas installation at ul. Norberta Barlickiego 1 in Bielsko-Biała”, developed by Experts Group Dorota Setlak, ul. Roosevelta 1/3, 41-500 Chorzów, together with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, b) replacement design including interior design; 3) formal documents: a) decision on the building permit No. 1107/2020 of 2 December 2020 issued by the Mayor of Bielsko-Biała, b) permit of the Silesian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments No. BB/588/2020 of 29 July 2020, c) permit of the Silesian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments No. BB/412/2022 of 09 June 2022, d) resolution of the Silesian Voivodeship Commander of the State Fire Service No. WPZ.52840.1.253.2022.AR and No. WPZ.52840.2.46.2022.AR of 9 January 2023, e) "Technical expertise on fire safety for the investment consisting in the reconstruction of a multi-family residential building located in Bielsko-Biała at 1 Norberta Barlickiego Street” prepared in October 2022, 4) bills of quantities, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Specification. 2.
