Modernization of the lighting infrastructure in the Liszki commune

The Gmina Liszki in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the modernisation of the road lighting system in the Liszki commune as part of a single public procurement contract The lighting is the property of the Liszki Commune under an agreement with Tauron Nowe Technologie SA The scope of the project includes two tasks - Task 1 co-financed under the 9th edition of the Polish Deal Lighting Up Poland program - Task 2 covering the modernization of the lighting infrastructure financed from the Liszki Commune s own funds The purpose of the contract is to replace inefficient lighting fixtures on existing supports with LED fixtures replace the safety devices and implement a control system The supplied fixtures must be manufactured in the European Union or approved for sale in the EU and hold ENEC ENEC and ZD4i certifications The installation of new energy-efficient LED fixtures will improve the quality and efficiency of illuminated roads and squares thus contributing to the safety of residents and all road users while reducing energy costs without temporarily darkening the town The planned investment will positively impact the quality of life of residents The scope of the project includes Task 1 co-financed under the 9th edition of the Polish Deal Lighting Up Poland program Task 2 covering the modernization of the lighting infrastructure is financed from the Liszki Commune s own funds Task No 1 and Task No 2 are inseparable The division results solely from the need to separate own funds from subsidies in order to ensure proper project settlement Task 1 co-financed under the 9th edition of the Polish Deal Illuminating Poland program includes 1 Delivery of street lighting luminaires as described in the Technical Documentation and the design specification equipped with ENEC ENEC certificates and a ZD4i socket meeting controllability at the time of contract completion 2 The Ordering Party requires that the luminaires be manufactured in the EU or approved for sale in the EU meeting controllability at the time of contract completion 3 Installation and commissioning of the system for 1 545 luminaires 1 497 on overhead lines and 48 on cable lines in accordance with the Ordering Party s documentation 4 Dismantling of street lighting luminaires mounted on overhead line brackets 1497 5 Dismantling of street lighting fixtures mounted on extension arms or poles of cable lighting line set 48 6 Carrying out the required tests examinations and checks measurement 1545 NOTE 1 The supplied LED lighting fixtures must - guarantee the possibility of remote control without additional modification of the fixture - have the following certificates ENEC ENEC ZD4i - meet the minimum technical and operational parameters which should characterize luminaires made using LED technology specified in the technical documentation constituting Annex 11 to the Technical Specifications - The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to use new luminaires manufactured in the European Union At the same time the Ordering Party accepts luminaires manufactured outside the EU but admitted to trading in the EU provided that the appropriate certificates and technical and operational parameters required in the Technical Documentation are presented -
