The The city of Bełchatów in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order, in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order – Concept for changing the arrangement of the Giganty Mocy exhibition at the Municipal Cultural Centre in Bełchatów, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the agreement, and the draft agreement, constituting appendices to the SWZ, is the purchase and delivery, together with the arrangement, assembly, installation, configuration and start-up of the elements of the multimedia system of the Giganty Mocy exhibition, as well as the preparation of design and arrangement documentation and the necessary assembly, installation and finishing works, in particular: 1.1. preparation of design and arrangement documentation for the exhibition space of individual rooms, necessary for the correct arrangement, assembly, installation and start-up of the subject of the agreement; 1.2. purchase and delivery of all elements of the multimedia system of the exhibition, computer hardware and equipment, together with software, their arrangement, assembly, installation, configuration, integration and start-up; 1.3. Performing assembly, installation, and finishing work necessary for the correct installation, connection, configuration, and commissioning of the delivered components, in accordance with the approved documentation, the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order – Concept for Redesigning the Giganty Mocy exhibition at the Municipal Cultural Center in Bełchatów, occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety regulations, and relevant technical regulations; 1.4. Modernizing and renovating existing equipment and adapting internal installations only to the extent necessary for the correct layout, assembly, installation, and operation of the delivered system and equipment; 1.5. Performing the configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover to the Contracting Authority of the complete and functional subject matter of the contract. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the contracting authority's requirements for the execution of the contract are presented in the tender documentation constituting annexes to the Technical Specifications. The subject matter of the contract will be performed on the basis of the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order – Concept for Redesigning the Giganty Mocy exhibition at the Municipal Cultural Center in Bełchatów and the draft contract. This contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the regional program European Funds for Łódzkie 2021-2027 under call no. FELD.05.05-IZ.00-005/25, project co-financing agreement no. FELD.05.05-IZ.00-0011/25. The Ordering Party anticipates the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the possibility of applying the so-called reverse order of offer evaluation. In this case, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4. The Ordering Party does not anticipate selecting the most advantageous offer with the possibility of negotiations. 5.
