The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is defined by: a) the Functional-Utility Program constituting Appendix No. 10 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ); b) Draft contract provisions – Appendix No. 8 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ); c) Warranty card template – Appendix No. 9 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ). 5. Quality guarantee and warranty period for defects: The Ordering Party requires that the quality guarantee period for the completed subject of the contract be at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance. The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for defects be 60 months from the date of final acceptance.
