Modernization of the workshop and delivery of equipment at the Complex of Catering and Hotel Schools in Gdańsk at 7 Legionów Avenue, as part of the project: Gdańsk – a city of professionals, development of infrastructure and equipment for vocational schools in Gdańsk – stage II.

The Gdańsk City Development Directorate acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: Modernization of the workshop together with the supply of equipment at the Complex of Catering and Hotel Schools in Gdańsk at 7 Legionów Avenue, as part of the project: Gdańsk – a city of professionals – development of infrastructure and equipment for vocational schools in Gdańsk – stage II. The subject of the task is the implementation of construction works consisting in the modernization of the workshop together with the supply of equipment in selected rooms in the building of the Complex of Catering and Hotel Schools in Gdańsk located at 7 Legionów Avenue, plot no. 653, precinct 43. 2. The contract covers both construction works and supplies. Pursuant to art. 27 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, when awarding this contract, the Contracting Authority applies the provisions relating to the main subject of the contract, which is supplies. 3. The material scope of the contract includes all works, activities, works and supplies necessary to perform the task, including the following elements: a) demolition and dismantling works; b) construction works; c) execution of works in the following sectors: plumbing and electrical, together with necessary accompanying installation works; d) delivery and assembly of teaching equipment, including technological devices; furniture and other arrangement elements of the modernized classrooms; e) cleaning works, removal and disposal of construction waste. 4. The required technical parameters of the equipment that is the subject of the order and the quantitative requirements are specified in Appendix No. 9 to the DSC. 5. The detailed scope of the order and terms of implementation are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (DSC), constituting Appendix No. 9 to the DSC. Other terms of implementation of the order are specified in the Draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the DSC. 6. The part of the order concerning the supply of equipment is co-financed by the European Union under the Project "Gdańsk: A City of Professionals - development of infrastructure and equipment for vocational schools in Gdańsk – STAGE II" under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 Programme, Priority 6. European Funds for a Socially Strong Pomerania (ERDF), Measure 6.2.
