The Gdańsk Real Estate in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is: a) development of four separate multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for thermal modernisation (including insulation) and renovation (renovation) with the execution of a design of building equipment for buildings located in Gdańsk at: - Modra 47, plot no. 188/1, cadastral district 130, - Niwki 8, plot no. 10/1, cadastral district 130, - Zawodzie 3, plot no. 65/3, cadastral district 114, - Żurawia 1, plot no. 188/2, cadastral district 130, b) obtaining administrative decisions for the conduct of construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the commencement of construction works by the Ordering Party, c) preparation of a one-off update of the investor’s cost estimates; d) exercising authorial supervision in the scope of: - confirming during the execution of construction works the compliance of the implementation with the design, - agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those envisaged in the design, as reported by the construction manager or investors supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract. 2.
