Lot No. 12 – collection of municipal waste from the area of SOI Lublin, Wólka Gościeradowska Lot No. 13 – collection of municipal waste from the area of SOI Hrubieszów, Honiatycze Case No.: ZP/PN/20/2025 CPV – 90511000-2 – waste collection services DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT CONSTITUTES: 1) Detailed description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1 to SWZ (contains a description of the subject of the order with regard to lots no.: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) DETAILED REQUIREMENTS of the Ordering Party in relation to the delivery 1. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right under this Agreement, up to no more than 100% of the total value of the basic order, within a scope not exceeding the scope of services specified in this agreement specified in the annex to the Agreement, which the Contractor hereby accepts by signing the Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option, but not the obligation of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party may not exercise the option, particularly if funds for this purpose are not obtained, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect, which the Contractor hereby accepts by signing this Agreement. 3. The Ordering Party may exercise the option multiple times, until the maximum value specified in § 5, section 3, is exhausted throughout the term of this Agreement. 4. The Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor in writing of its intention to exercise the option. Exercising the option does not require an amendment to this Agreement. 5. If the Ordering Party exercises the option, the Contractor will be entitled to remuneration based on the unit prices for the basic order. 6. Other provisions regarding the Ordering Party's requirements regarding delivery are included in the contract template constituting Appendix 2 to the Specification of Technical Conditions. 7. Requirements for the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing activities indicated by the contracting authority within the scope of the contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) – in accordance with the provisions of art. 95, art. 96, art. 438 of the Public Procurement Law. 8. The contracting authority indicates the following activities within the scope of the contract performance, referred to in art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The contractor providing the municipal waste collection service should employ, under an employment contract, persons directly related to the performance of the contract, i.e. drivers and waste collectors. 9. Other conditions concerning employment under an employment contract are included in the sample contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. with tender notice no. 667660-2026 published on 30 Sep 2026.
