Municipal waste management in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. Collection and management of municipal waste generated on properties where residents live

The Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Commune in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties within the Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski Commune. The subject of the contract does not include the collection and management of municipal waste generated on uninhabited properties. The subject of the contract includes, in particular: 1) collection in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 of municipal waste listed in Table No. 5 of the OPZ, generated on all properties inhabited by residents within the Municipality, 2) collection in the period from 01.01.2027 to 30.06.2027 of municipal waste listed in Table No. 5a of the OPZ, generated on all properties inhabited by residents within the Municipality, 3) collection in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 of expired medicines returned by residents to designated collection points for expired medicines located in pharmacies, health clinics, in public buildings, listed in the annex to the SWZ, located within the Municipality, together with equipping them with marked containers intended for collecting expired medicines; 4) transport of municipal waste collected in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 to the place of its management or storage, and then management; 5) keeping records of collected and managed municipal waste in accordance with applicable law throughout the entire period of implementation of the Subject of the Contract; 6) management of municipal waste collected in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, collected from all properties where residents reside and from designated collection points for expired medicines, in a manner consistent with applicable law; 7) achievement by the Contractor of the levels of recycling and reuse of municipal waste required by applicable law in relation to the municipal waste collected and managed by it, in particular those specified in Art. 3b paragraph 1 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities; 8) fulfillment of non-price-related criteria, if the Contractor declared their fulfillment at the bid evaluation stage, which earned them additional points during the bid evaluation; 9) fulfillment of the Contractors other obligations arising from the Agreement and its annexes.
