The subject of the order is a partial order and includes two packages, i.e. Package No. 1: Cryo Generator + cryoprobes Package No. 2: Electrosurgery generator with equipment 4. Offers may be submitted for all or selected packages. To be valid within a given package, offers must be submitted for all items. The Ordering Party does not allow offers for individual items within packages. 5. This delivery is co-financed from the Ministry of Health funds allocated under the Agreement for the implementation of the project entitled: "Strengthening the infrastructure capacity for the diagnosis and treatment of oncology patients at the SOLO III center for the Łódź Voivodeship." Therefore, the Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure if the funds necessary for the implementation of the project are not secured.
