Ongoing maintenance and care of green areas in the city of Kalisz in district VII

The Miasto Kalisz in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the scope of ongoing maintenance and care of greenery in the city of Kalisz, region VII. The areas are specified in the appendix entitled "Price Form for Region VII". 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) mowing of lawns and road areas, raking, removal of mowed material; 2) care (watering, fertilizing, etc.) of young plantings (trees, shrubs, perennials and climbers, seasonal plants); 3) spring and autumn raking of leaves together with their removal and removal of leaves; 4) trimming of hedges and shrubs, removal of cut shoots; 5) trimming of inflorescences of shrubs and perennials together with removal of cut shoots 6) weeding of clusters of shrubs, perennials and flower beds together with removal of weeds; 7) sweeping and snow removal from stairs; 8) washing benches; 9) washing bins; 10) maintenance of alleys (sweeping of alleys and waste removal, winter maintenance of alleys, including snow removal, purchase of sand, gritting of alleys, post-winter cleaning of alleys); 11) operation of the automatic irrigation system; 12) repair and painting of benches; 13) removal of self-seeds and suckers, collection and removal of broken branches and boughs; 14) ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in parks, squares and green areas; 3. The detailed scope of work and frequency of service performance, a list of green areas, parks and green areas are included in the “Price Forms” and the “Service Performance Standards”, as well as the draft contract, which are annexes to the Technical Specifications. 4. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to: 1) purchase materials necessary to perform the contract (e.g. fertilizer, soil, sand, chemicals, etc.); 2) supply water at its own expense in the amount necessary for the proper performance of the contract (primarily irrigation), with the exception of water supplied to sprinklers and rainwater harvesters, which is provided by the Ordering Party; the Ordering Party shall make water available to the Contractor free of charge from the tank in the RC-1 ditch at Rozwojowa Street in Kalisz. The Contractor is obliged to have its own equipment for drawing water from the aforementioned facility. Before each water draw, the Ordering Party must be notified of this fact. The Contractor is also obliged to inform the Ordering Party of the amount of water drawn. 3) restore (in the event of destruction by the Contractor) areas belonging to the Ordering Party and third parties (without the right to additional remuneration); 4) inform the Ordering Party of any infringement of third party rights and any related claims; 5) use tools and equipment (including chemicals) that do not cause an excessive, negative impact on the natural environment; 6) use tools and equipment (including chemicals) approved for sale in the European Union; 7) use of tools and equipment (including chemical agents) that are safe (including use in a safe manner) for the Contractors employees and third parties (residents of the City of Kalisz). Note: In case of doubt, it is considered thatthat equipment and tools are safe if they are approved for use in the EU and bear the appropriate CE markings. In case of doubt, chemicals are considered safe if they are approved for sale in the EU. 5. Ongoing maintenance and care of green areas must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. 6. The Contractor, as a waste producer within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste, is obliged to handle waste in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions in this regard. Note: In the event of a change to the aforementioned legal act (including its replacement by another legal act), the Contractor must perform the subject of the contract taking into account the currently applicable legal provisions. with tender notice no. 707343-2026 published on 13 Oct 2026.
