Performance of maintenance level P4 technical service for braking system devices in 45WE vehicles and maintenance level P3.2 technical service for braking system devices in 36WEh vehicles

The Lower Silesian Railways SA in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the performance of maintenance level P4 technical maintenance of braking system devices in type 45WE vehicles and maintenance level P3.2 technical maintenance of braking system devices in type 36WEh vehicles, in accordance with the Maintenance System Documentation, Technical and Operational Documentation, technical conditions of execution and acceptance, as well as relevant Polish Standards, including those taking into account the implementation of relevant European Standards, Industry Standards in force during the vehicle type-approval or in accordance with the standards indicated by the device manufacturer. 2. The subject of the order has been divided into two parts, referred to as Tasks. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party are provided in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ – part III of the SWZ) and in the Contract Template (WU – part II of the SWZ), for each part of the order, which constitute an integral part of the SWZ. 4. Acting under art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that it will apply the so-called "reverse procedure," i.e., it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer received the highest score, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 5. The procedure is conducted in Polish using electronic means of communication, i.e., via the Purchasing Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) available at https://kd.eb2b.com.pl. Use of the Purchasing Platform is free of charge. All declarations, notifications, explanations, and other documents in this procedure, as well as the contract, are drawn up in Polish. 6.
