The Resident Engineer will coordinate the Contractual Obligations. Furthermore, the Contractor agrees, should the "Investor Supervision Team" be insufficient for the comprehensive implementation of the services, to provide and appoint other necessary specialists for the proper implementation of this contract, within the remuneration offered in the offer. 3.
