Preparation of a draft forest management plan for the Lubsko Forest District for 2029-2038, including an environmental impact forecast and habitat studies for the forest districts: Szprotawa, Krzystkowice and Przytok as of 1 January 2029.

The State Treasury PGL LP Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is divided into 4 parts: a) part 1: preparation of a draft forest management plan for the Lubsko Forest District for 2029-2038 together with an environmental impact forecast, b) part 2: preparation of a habitat study [including phytosociology] for the Szprotawa Forest District as of 1 January 2029, c) part 3: preparation of a habitat study [including phytosociology] for the Krzystkowice Forest District as of 1 January 2029, d) part 4: preparation of a habitat study [including phytosociology] for the Przytok Forest District as of 1 January 2029. 2. Documents and data that will be created as a result of the implementation of the subject of the contract will become the property of the State Forests National Forest Holding. Together with the documentation, the Contractor transfers the copyrights to the Ordering Party on the terms described in the contract (Appendix No. 4a to the SWZ – regarding part No. 1 and Appendix No. 4b to the SWZ – regarding parts No. 2-4, respectively). 3. The detailed scope of works to be performed by the Contractor under the subject of the order is included in: a) Minutes of the Preliminary Meeting of the Forest Management Plan for the Lubsko Forest District for the years 2029-2038, b) Part I of the Forest Management Instruction constituting an annex to Order No. 116 of the Director General of the State Forests of December 14, 2023 on the Forest Management Instruction (concerns the subject of the order, part No. 1), c) Instructions for distinguishing and mapping forest habitats, part II of the Forest Management Instruction constituting an annex to Order No. 116 of the Director General of the State Forests of December 14, 2023 (concerns the subject of the order, parts No. 2 to No. 4), d) Detailed description of the subject of the order - Appendices No. 2a to the SWZ (concerns the subject of the order, part No. 1) and 2b to the SWZ (concerns the subject of the order, parts No. 2 to part No. 4). 4. The preparation of the draft forest management plan of the Lubsko Forest District for the years 2029-2038 together with the environmental impact forecast and the habitat study of the Szprotawa, Krzystkowice and Przytok Forest Districts as of 1 January 2029 must be carried out in accordance with: a) the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including its amendments. b) the Act of 16 April 2004 on Nature Conservation, c) the Act of 3 October 2008 on providing information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments, d) the Act of 27 April 2001 - Environmental Protection Law, e) the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development, f) the Act of 17 May 1989 - Geodetic and Cartographic Law, g) the Act of 3 February 1995 on the protection of agricultural and forest land, h) the Act of 24 August 1991 on fire protection, i) the Act of 13 October 1995 - Hunting Law, j) the Act of 20 July 2017 - Water Law, k) the Act of 13 April 2007on the prevention and repair of environmental damage l) the Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection and care of monuments m) applicable acts and regulations regulating issues of forestry, nature protection and the environment other than those indicated in letters a)-l), n) internal acts in force at the State Forests National Forest Holding, including: instructions, principles and detailed provisions, and in particular the applicable Forest Management Instruction. The regulations referred to in letters m)-n) are indicated in the Detailed description of the subject of the order - Appendices No. 2a to the SWZ (concerns the subject of the order part No. 1) and No. 2b to the SWZ (concerns the subject of the order parts from No. 2 to No. 4). 5.
