Preparation of an expert opinion and design and cost estimate documentation for the adaptation of the existing basement at the Primary School in Kosakowo to the requirements of Emergency Shelter Places

The Gmina Kosakowo in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is to prepare an expert opinion and design and cost estimate documentation for the adaptation of the existing basement at the Primary School in Kosakowo to the requirements of Emergency Shelter Places. 2. The scope of the order includes: a) basic order: - preparation of a technical expert opinion of the existing facility, including an assessment of the condition of the structure, installations and the adaptability of the basement rooms, together with an indication of the scope of necessary construction and modernization works, as well as an indication of the most effective solutions from the point of view of the purpose, - preparation of multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation, including in particular architectural and construction, technical and executive designs in the following sectors: construction, sanitary, electrical and telecommunications, as well as bills of quantities, investor cost estimates and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, - inclusion in the documentation of solutions ensuring compliance with the requirements for Emergency Shelter Places, including in the scope of user safety, ventilation, utility supply, hygiene and sanitary conditions and resistance to threats, obtaining all required approvals, opinions, permits, and administrative decisions necessary to implement the investment, including, in particular, industry agreements, agreements with the relevant authorities, submitting an application for a building permit or notification of construction works. - preparation of complete documentation in a form and scope enabling the conduct of the public procurement procedure for the execution of construction works and their proper execution. b) procurement with option rights: performing author's supervision during the period from the commencement of the procedure for selecting the construction contractor to the signing of the agreement with the construction contractor, and from the date of handover of the construction site to the construction contractor until the date of signing the final works acceptance protocol, no later than December 31, 2029. 2) The detailed scope of the order, terms of execution, and method of execution of the order are specified in: a) Draft provisions of the contract – Appendix No. 6 to the Specification of Technical Conditions of Contract, b) Description of the subject matter of the order – Appendix No. 9 to the Specification of Technical Conditions of Contract. with tender notice no. 687203-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
