Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the sanitary sewage system in the Poświętne Commune (3 parts)

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the sanitary sewage network in the Poświętne Commune (3 parts), including: 1) part No. 1 – preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the sanitary sewage network in the towns of Czubajowizna, Nadbiel, Nowe Ręczaje and Ręczaje Polskie; 2) part No. 2 – preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the sanitary sewage network in the towns of Laskowizna, Poświętne and Choiny; 3) part No. 3 – preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the sanitary sewage network in the towns of Cygów, Jadwiniew (Cygów geodetic district) and Nowy Cygów. 2. The subject of the contract in parts 1, 2 and 3 covers the basic scope and the scope with the right of option. The scope of the option right in each part includes the performance of authors supervision – 25 (estimated) supervisions, including 20 supervisions with site visits and 5 supervisions without site visits during the construction works period, i.e. 12 months from the date of conclusion of the construction works contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right; if the Contractor does not exercise the option right, it shall not be entitled to any claims. 3. The detailed scope of the contract for parts 1, 2, and 3 is specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 11 to the Specification of Specifications, together with its annexes. with tender notice no. 708261-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
