Preparation of the Technical-Economic-Environmental Study (STEŚ) along with obtaining the Decision on Environmental Conditions, as well as the preparation of the Geological Works Project (PRG) for the purpose of preparing geological and engineering documentation for the project "Construction of the Strzelce Opolskie bypass along national road no. 94."

The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this tender procedure is the development of documentation for the Technical, Economic and Environmental Study (STEŚ) together with obtaining a Decision on Environmental Conditions, as well as the development of a Geological Works Project (PRG) for the purposes of preparing geological and engineering documentation for the project “Construction of the Strzelce Opolskie bypass along national road No. 94.” The aim of the investment is to direct through traffic outside the urban area, improve the capacity of the city’s communication system, increase road safety, and improve the living conditions of residents by reducing noise, pollutant emissions and nuisances associated with heavy vehicle traffic. Implementation of the project is also to ensure the efficient functioning of national road No. 94 as an alternative traffic route to the A4 motorway. The scope of the investment includes, among others: • construction of a new section of national road No. 94 with a length of approximately 9 km; • construction of engineering structures, including viaducts and culverts; • construction of additional roadways to service the adjacent area; • construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths; • construction of a road maintenance circuit; • construction of intersections and reconstruction of the existing road system at points of conflict with the planned bypass; • construction of road safety devices and environmental protection devices; • construction of road lighting and a service channel; • construction or reconstruction of technical infrastructure unrelated/related to the road (stormwater and sanitary sewage systems, gas and power networks), telecommunications, water supply, weather station, traffic lights); • felling of trees colliding with the investment and planting of greenery. The development of project documentation includes: 1) Technical, Economic, and Environmental Study 2) Traffic measurements with analysis and forecast 3) Geotechnical research program, geological-engineering study, geological works design, hydrogeological documentation, geological and geotechnical drilling 4) Nature inventory 5) Materials for the application for an environmental decision (including the Project Information Sheet) 6) Environmental Impact Report for the planned project 7) Information meetings with residents 8) Road Safety Assessment 9) Road Safety Audit.
