Printing service for the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin and its subordinate organizational units

The Izba Administracji Skarbowej w Lublinie in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of printing services for the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin and subordinate organizational units. 2. Implementation of the subject of the contract includes: 1) lease and comprehensive maintenance of 470 stationary multifunction and printing devices, including devices printing on envelopes and return receipt forms; 2) lease and comprehensive maintenance of 13 mobile thermal printers; 3) comprehensive maintenance of 131 stationary devices of the Ordering Party; 4) provision of consumables for 76 mobile inkjet printers of the Ordering Party and 14 stationary printers used by the Ordering Party, owned by the Lublin Border Crossings Service Authority in Chełm; 5) provision of consumables (A4 thermal paper) for 5 of the Ordering Party’s own mobile thermal printers; 6) ensuring the ability to print, print on envelopes and return receipts, copy, and scan documents on leased devices (hereinafter referred to as the Contractors devices) and the Ordering Partys own devices (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Partys devices); 7) on-site training of designated Ordering Party employees in the basic operation of the device; 8) providing, at the Ordering Partys request, a platform for reporting device failures. 3. A detailed description and principles for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in Appendix No. 7 to the ToR – Draft Agreement – ​​along with appendices. 4. Additional requirements related to the implementation of the subject of the order regarding the employment of persons under an employment contract are specified in Chapter IV, Section 3 of the ToR and in Appendix No. 7 to the ToR – Draft Agreement. with tender notice no. 709761-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
