The Gmina Widawa in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the provision of a comprehensive service (simultaneous sale of energy and ensuring the provision of its distribution service) for street lighting and buildings and facilities owned by the Widawa Commune for 2027 and 2028. The estimated total volume of electricity in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028 (24 months) is 1,820,699 kWh. A detailed list of facilities (energy consumption points - PPE) in the Widawa Commune, together with tariff codes, constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Prosumer structure (Photovoltaics): Points from items no. 157 to 164 on the list of facilities (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) have active photovoltaic micro-installations with a total estimated two-year consumption of 771,090 kWh, which represents 42.3% of the entire order. The contractor is obligated to balance the energy fed into and drawn from the grid hourly and profile-wise (net-billing/prosumer deposit). The contractor may not charge the ordering party any additional fees, commercial, subscription, or administrative costs for operating the PV PPE. Submission of a bid constitutes full acceptance of the above prosumer billing terms, which will be confirmed by an appropriate provision in the contract.
