Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any quantity of selectively collected municipal waste delivered to the PSZOK by residents of the Lesznowola Commune. The subject matter of the contract is specified in detail in the Description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ. - The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts involving the repetition of similar services referred to in Art. 214, sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract to the existing Service Provider, contracts involving the repetition of similar services with a value not exceeding PLN 277,775.93 net. The contracts in question were provided for in the contract notice for the basic contract and will be consistent with its subject matter, the total value of these contracts was taken into account when calculating its value, and the contracts will consist in particular of: Provision and operation of a Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), management of segregated municipal waste. - The Ordering Party reserves the right to personal performance by the Contractor of key parts of the contract: operation of the PSZOK, acceptance and recording of waste delivered to the PSZOK by residents of the Lesznowola Commune. - The Ordering Party, acting under Art. 95 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, informs that it requires the Contractor and Subcontractor(s) to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing activities within the scope of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Art. Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code. This requirement applies to persons who perform activities directly related to the execution of construction works – if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code, unless these activities are performed personally by persons conducting business activity. Conditions,The requirements referred to above will be met by hiring new employees under a full-time employment contract or designating existing employees to perform the contract, providing the following services: operating the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point, accepting waste delivered by residents, issuing KPOs in the BDO system, preparing monthly and annual reports, and issuing monthly invoices. The procedure will be conducted according to the principles specified in Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law (the so-called "reverse procedure"). The Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer received the highest score, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. with tender notice no. 700049-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
