The ordering party will inform the Contractor at least 14 days before the planned date of performance of the service. Maximum window cleaning time within one service cannot exceed 30 days. 3) Daily service in the building located at ul. Augustyńskiego 2 - Monday to Friday from: 7.00 - 15.00 – 8 hours (except holidays and office holidays). 4) Service day in the building located at ul. Okopowa 19, 21/27 - from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. – 8 a.m. (except holidays and non-working days office). 5) Daily service in the building located at ul. Augustyńskiego 1 - od Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. – 8 hours (except holidays and days off from office work). 2. Other regulations regarding the subject of the order were included in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, on the terms and conditions specified therein The contractor is obliged to complete the order. 3. The subject of the order has not been delivered divided into parts. Justification for not dividing the contract into lots: Not provided the possibility of dividing the order into parts due to technical reasons and organizational aspects, the service should be provided by one contractor. Share ordering parts will not result in an extension of the scope of individual parts circle of Contractors who may apply for the order. However, in the case of division ordering parts, the costs of completing the entire order will be higher and the risk of non-fulfillment will be higher one of the parts or a delay in implementation may jeopardize proper implementation the entire order. Moreover, coordination will be difficult when dividing the order into two activities of several Contractors. 4. The law applicable to this order (including contract concluded as a result of these proceedings and to assess the legal consequences of all documents in this order) is governed by Polish law, taking into account European Union law. 5. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party revokes to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or indicated there are trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices), in accordance with art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent. 6. If the description of the subject of the order includes the names of materials, products of specific manufacturers, this should only be treated as an indication desired standard and quality. In all such situations, the Contractor may offer equivalent materials, products with at least the same technical parameters and qualitative. Product equivalence means offering a product, whose technical parameters of the materials used, efficiency, durability and quality is not inferior to the quality of materials and products described in the SWZ. 7. Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions, is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions offered by the solution meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In this case The contractor attaches to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with their description or standards. 8. The subject of the order is financed from EU funds under: European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027. with tender notice no. 742724-2023 published on 07 Dec 2023. The tender expired on 08 Jan 2024.
